At least one adult in your household must qualify for one or more of the following programs:
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, aka food stamps)
- Hoosier Healthwise Insurance
In order to enroll for the first time OR renew your enrollment in the Access Pass Program, you will need to show your Hoosier Healthwise or Hoosier Works Enrollment Recertification Letter, issued by the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration at the WonderLab welcome desk. The letter must include the primary adult cardholder name and address. To request your letter or view the status of your enrollment, please visit the following website: www.ifcem.com.
Here is a step-by-step guide that will show you how to obtain the verification of benefits from the FSSA website: Step-by-Step Guide.
In addition, you’ll need to show a photo ID issued by the state of Indiana, such as a driver’s license or a state identification card. The name on the photo ID must match an adult name on the recertification letter. Employee and student IDs, or out-of-state IDs, will not be accepted.
