Public Transportation
Bloomington Transit provides bus service convenient to the museum. The museum is a stop on Routes 3 and 4 West, and is three blocks west of the main downtown bus depot. City of Bloomington bus services information.
This information is provided as a service to those who wish
to plan their visits around periods when large groups are scheduled to visit
WonderLab. The period when the museum is most crowded is during the spring,
when lots of school groups visit. Even during the spring, though, the museum
is usually quiet by mid-afternoon, and the Wednesday morning preschool program, Discovery Time, is not affected because it takes place away from the school-age children in a Lab Room or in the garden. Please note that we cannot predict when
large groups without advance reservations might arrive.
