WonderLab seeks to create an accessible environment for people of all abilities. We welcome inquiries about other ways WonderLab may be able to meet your special needs.

Barrier-Free Building and Exhibits
All public areas and most exhibits are accessible. The museum's elevator is located to the left of the hot air balloon exhibit on the first floor. Exhibits are multi-sensory and incorporate universal design whenever possible.

Drinking Fountains
Accessible drinking fountains are located on both floors of the museum.

First Aid
WonderLab staff who work in public areas are certified in first aid and CPR. First aid kits are located on both floors of the building.

Foreign Language
A Spanish language version of the brochure is available on the information wall near the first floor drinking fountains. A Spanish language guide to exhibits is in production.

Large Print
A large print brochure is available on the information wall near the first floor drinking fountains.

Noise Reduction
WonderLab has a limited number of noise-reducing earmuffs that can be checked out for free use in the museum.

Parking
There is one free handicapped parking space in front of WonderLab with a four-hour limit. There are eight additional such spaces in the Fourth Street Garage between College and Walnut Streets.

Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are located on both floors of the museum. A family restroom which can accommodate a caregiver is available on the second floor near the cafe/vending area.

Signs
Museum signs are ADA-compliant. Directional signs incorporate Braille.

Wheelchairs
WonderLab has three wheelchairs that can be checked out for free use in the museum. There is one adult, one child's medium and one child's small wheelchair. Please call in advance to reserve a wheelchair.
