Connecting to the Community Fund
Every child deserves the opportunity to discover the world of science and learning at WonderLab! The Connecting to the Community Fund makes that possible by removing economic barriers for low-income children and their families. The fund helps support free admission for group visits arranged by social service agencies, for field trips from qualifying schools serving low-income students, for visits by Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Indiana "bigs" and "littles," for WonderLab's Teen Nights, and for selected other reduced admission programs. The Fund also helps provide full and partial scholarships to WonderLab's science camps for low-income children. It is supported by grants and individual donations to the museum that are designated for this program.
